Ultimate Luxury Chalets are exhibiting at the Elite London on 8th and 9th May 2015 and at the Heli UK Expo on 29th, 30th and 31st May. During both events we will be offering visitors the chance to WIN their very own Ultimate Luxury Chalet Experience……
We have partnered with the stunning Chalet LE GRAND JOUX, located outside of Morzine, to provide one lucky winner with exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests for a 3 night stay in January 2016. Your stay will include all in-resort transport by skidoo and Landrover Defender, daily breakfast, afternoon tea and gourmet evening meals each night!
TO ENTER, Elite London visitors and Heli UK Expo visitors simply need to come and visit our Ultimate Luxury Chalets stand, leave your business card or complete one of our contact details forms (supplied) and we shall do the rest.
We will draw one winner at random on the 2nd June and the winner will be contacted by email to claim their prize.
Please note that preferred dates would be subject to availability at the time of competition draw, and the days chosen would need to fall within a standard bookable week. Flights and transfers are not included.
Full Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. The prize draw is open to all persons attending the Elite London Show and the Heli UK Expo aged 18 and over, except employees of Ultimate Luxury Chalets and Chalet Le Grand Joux.
3. Entries will only be accepted during the Elite London Show and the Heli UK Expo by visiting the Ultimate Luxury Chalet stand. No e-mail, postal or telephone entries will be accepted.
4. Illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
5. All entries must be received by 5pm on Saturday 9th May for Elite London and 4pm on Sunday May 31st for the Heli UK Expo.
6. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
7. The competition draw will take place on the 2nd June 2016. We will contact the winner via e-mail and the winner will be announced on Ultimate Luxury Chalets social media platforms.
8. The winner must respond within 10 working days. Should Ultimate Luxury Chalets be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Ultimate Luxury Chalets reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. The prize is for a 3 night stay in the Chalet Grand Joux, Morzine for up to 10 guests in January 2016 and includes 5-star accommodation inclusive of full chalet catering and driver service. No travel is included. The winner is responsible for all travel arrangements including transfers and any visa requirements.
10. The prize is available on the stated dates only and is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
12. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
13. By entering into the competition, participants are agreeing to receive correspondence from Ultimate Luxury Chalets, Ski In Luxury, Villas In Luxury and Chalet Le Grand Joux.
14. This prize cannot be subject to any onward sale. The winner must participate in the trip. If they are unable to attend then an alternative winner will be drawn.
