The Property

The LV Estate Chalets are a luxury collection of two stylish and elegant side by side chalets, LV | 01 Dolce Vita and the extraordinary LV | 02 Perla. Located in the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo on the 7000m² LV Estate these two properies offer a total of 1,800m² of living space and can accommodate up to 24 guests in total.

With incredible wellness and entertainment facilities and lavishly furnished bedrooms, these chalets act as an ideal base for a larger group of families, friends or corporate groups looking to experience the very best that a luxury ski holiday in Cortina has to offer. Enjoy seamless time together whilst also having the opportunity to escape into the privacy of your own chalet space at your leisure.

Each of the chalets are finished with the same top quality furnishings and design and exacting service standards. Within the chalets, there are multiple spacious modern living spaces to spend your time in which exude sophistication and charm. Elegant lounge areas and formal dining spaces create a convivial space for your group to return to after a long ski day. The LV | 01 Dolce Vita dining space has been designed to accommodate both chalets, with enough room for up to 24 guests to enjoy delicious evening meals at the same table. State-of-the-art kitchens provide an unbeatable space for your in-house Michelin chef to perfectly craft your gourmet dining experience. The LV underground wine cellars provide possibly the finest selection of wines in Italy, all carefully selected by a top Italian enologist.

A whole host of fabulous spa facilities make the LV Estate Chalets the pinnacle for wellness and relaxation. By taking two exclusive properties, guests also benefit from having two beautiful spas, one of which has been inspired by the art of Japanese Zen. This includes the use of two swimming pool, a larger 20m long one and a smaller pool with heated jets; two massage and relaxation areas; a hammam; a sauna; and an indoor jacuzzi. For entertainment purposes, 2 deluxe soundproof cinema rooms, gym equipment and children's play areas means there is something for all ages to enjoy. There is a soft play area in LV | 01 Dolce Vita, the option to transform the cinema into LV | 02 Perla into another one and an outside play apparatus with large garden space for kids to choose from.

In total, the two chalets can sleep up to 24 guests, with 12 guests across 6 en-suite bedrooms in both LV | 01 Dolce Vita and LV | 02 Perla. Each room has been meticulously crafted and individually designed for ultimate style and maximum comfort. Sumptuous bedrooms accompany opulent bathrooms created with rich Italian marble. With the majority of these bedrooms having balcony access from which to enjoy the incredible views of the Dolomite mountains that loom over the Ampezzo valley.

Each chalet boasts a ski room with heated boot warmers, private elevator and a mix of underground and outdoor undercover parking for up to 16 vehicles in total.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalets on a fully staffed basis with a private chef for breakfast and dinner preparations, 24/7 in-resort driver service, full time professional butler and daily housekeeping. Food and drink are charged as extra.

Located in the richest area of Cortina, the Via Menardi, these chalets provide guests with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains of the Ampezzo valley while the 24/7 driver service can whisk you anywhere in town in under 10 minutes.

Just a 5 minute walk will take you to the cable car to the Faloria-Cristallo ski area while 7 minutes by your 24/7 driver service will get you to the cable car at Tofana which has direct ski and lift access to the Super 8, Great War and Sellaronda Ski Circuits.

A few minutes walk will take you to the bottom of the famous Corso Italia, the main street of Cortina which contains a good portion of the chic boutiques and fabulous restaurants that the town is known for. Just a short walk up this road will lead you to the Basilica Minore dei Santi Filippo e Giacomo, the iconic church and bell tower, which can also be seen from the chalet, and where you can take a picture fit for a postcard.
