We continue with the Ultimate Bucket List this week by aptly following on from Gavin’s Best Apres Bars in Ski Resorts to take a look at The Top 10 Nightclubs, because let’s face it that’s where we all end up partying until 4am.

With so many nightclubs in resorts all staking their claim to be the best party venue in the Alps, we give you below our absolute “must visit ski resort nightclubs” to add to your ski bucket list…..let’s get rocking!
What an amazing venue! As 3pm chimes you decide that some apres is definitely on the cards and what better place to head than the sensational Farinet Lounge. Start the afternoon off relaxing in those comfortable leather sofas with one of their 30 signature cocktails in your hand. Before you know it, the real party starts. With live DJ’s on the decks from midnight every night and an incredible retracting roof which allows the alpine blast of cold in and turns the club open air, this fabulous nightclub just had to be on our Ultimate Bucket List.
If you prefer to start your evening off with a little sophistication then Le Mangeoire is most definitely the place to head. Enjoy some luxurious, elegant and mouth watering fine dining and get lulled into a false sense of security before the tables are swiftly moved to one side and the shenanigans begin. No need to head out to find that perfect nightclub when at midnight this fabulous establishment happily does not turn into a pumpkin, but instead turns into a smoke machine blasting, dancing on the tables and hanging from the ceiling nightclub!
Hiding in the middle of the Alps you will find the incredible Doudoune on the Bellevarde slopes underneath Cocorico. From 10:30pm the action gets underway and once in full swing there is no denying that this is the place to be, what with household names such as David Guetta, Pete Tong and Roger Sanchez to name but a few. All that is left to do now is get the first round in and see who has the stamina to be the last man standing at 5am.
If you love to dance, love people and need space to show off your new moves then look no further than the trendy and international Le Malaysia. This spectacular place has the largest nightclub in the Alps with a 700m² dancefloor and hosts the biggest names from Calvin Harris, Chase & Status, Rudimental to Nicky Romero, David Vendetta, Pendulum and Jack Beats. With 2000 to 2500 people venturing to this acclaimed party spot every night you would be mad to miss out.
When you are the first of your kind, able to dine and dance under the same roof, and just so happen to be the largest club in Verbier where you don’t need to head home to change your shoes first, you know you are onto a winner. For some Scandinavian and Eastern European influences make sure you start off the evening enjoying and sharing the delights of Kamchatka crab or some smoked wild salmon along with aquavits, vodkas and champagnes, before heading onto the dance floor with your trusty cocktail in hand. With Natasha-Louise, the sales and marketing manager, stating that “Etoile brings an exciting artistic program that brings world famous DJ’s to Verbier, as well as new music. You can have a lot of fun during an evening at Etoile!” Why wouldn’t you want to pop by?!

Kings Club is the oldest nightclub in Switzerland and is located in the basement of the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, where the rich and famous head to the height of 1,800m for some all-night Champagne parties and some dance floor debauchery. Make sure you dress to impress for this lavish establishment where guest DJ’s frequent and regular theme nights are on the cards. This really is the place to seen.
Cocktails and sophistication await you at the fabulous Cuckoo Club, which is perfectly located in the main high street Bahnhofstrasse, below the fabulous Gees Bar. The new layout is perfect with a fabulous bar, dance floor and even a cigar lounge. The perfect spot to enjoy a timeless night out in Zermatt, where you can enjoy some fabulous music and even enjoy your favourite cigar and whisky in the cigar lounge.
