Chalet Orso covers a generous 520m² of living space, with the main living areas of the chalet in a prime location on the upper levels. Featuring a stylish design that mixes natural wooden materials of the chalet interiors with a range of chic modern furnishings, the main lounge is at the heart of this beautiful property. This spacious room benefits from lofted ceilings and a warming fireplace, although the highlight is undoubtedly the mammoth windows that frame gorgeous snowy mountain views up and down the valley. Set behind the main lounge, a convivial dining area can be found, which can be organised to accommodate up to 20 guests for dinner. Delectable gourmet meals are served from the closed-off kitchen, with a stylish colour palette of matte grey and black and a full accompaniment of high-end facilities. Step out onto the balcony from the main living area and enjoy the tranquility of the Le Fornet hamlet, whilst taking in a greater appreciation of the chalet's incredible panoramic scenery.
The balcony hosts a soothing traditional Nordic hot tub, one of a seemingly endless complement of spa facilities to be found at Chalet Orso. A terrace lower down features a barrel sauna, whilst inside you can find a complete wellness area, stylised with cool grey stone interiors and intimate, recessed lighting. From the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, to the Hammam and additional sauna, you are left spoilt for choice for spa options. There is even a fitness room, for keeping in your best shape for a day of skiing in Val d'Isère.
Chalet Orso also features a mezzanine area, situated above the dining space. Up here, you will find a wealth of entertainment options that are sure to delight all ages. With a bar, Jukebox, pinball machine and table football, the perfect space for some post-dinner fun. For those looking for a more down-tempo way to relax, the private cinema room is available to set up a family movie night.
Chalet Orco has five bedrooms, with the capacity to sleep up to 13 guests. Sophisticated wooden features and plush furnishings help create these elegant alpine suites, which provide great flexibility regarding sleeping accommodations. Three of the four double bedrooms can be taken as twin, while a children's room includes a double/twin bed and a double bed with overhead single bunk. All rooms enjoy luxurious en-suite facilities, while the Master suite even features an ethanol fireplace.
Guests of Chalet Orso have use of a ski room with boot warmers, garage with EV charging point, laundry facilities, and elevator, which can access all but the mezzanine level.
Chalet Orso has an interconnecting door with Chalet Orca, allowing you to take the two properties together as the amazing Chalet Les Ours, sleeping between 20 and 27 guests.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 13 guests and is offered on a fully staffed basis to include the services of a professional chef, butler, and in-resort driver service. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
