An open, central staircase runs from the front door on the ground floor to the apex of the ceiling, allowing you to overlook the stylish dining area from the top floor living area. Your evening gourmet feasts, taken in this first floor dining space, will be a celebration of the extravagance of the property, whether due to sipping on something delightful from the bar and floating wine cellar, which has glass floors that allow you to look down toward the luxury chalet's swimming pool, or from admiring the expert skills of your private chef as they work their magic in the show kitchen, or through the sophisticated grace of the baby grand piano. The annex, the owner's residence building, also features a comfortable lounge area of its own, along with a log fireplace and open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar.
Another amazing aspect of this spectacular chalet, Grande Maison is host to a bountiful selection of wellness facilities: an indoor L-shaped swimming pool has counter current streams, fountains, and various massage jet areas; there are an indoor and two outdoor hot tubs to soak in, including one located on the rooftop of the annex building; a Hammam, and a barrel sauna. Eight double bedrooms sleep 16 guests and come with en-suite shower rooms, with six of them being able to be taken as twin. The final bedroom is a quad bunk room for four, found alongside two of the double/twin rooms in the owner's residence. The bedrooms are grand and stylish, fostering a calming ambience and exemplifying luxury.
There is a large ski room, with boot warmers, glove warmers, and plenty of space both for storage and getting ready for a long ski day in the Portes du Soleil. The main chalet and owner's residence annex buildings are connected by a large underground shared garage.

Grande Maison is located right in the centre of Montriond Village Square, which is only a short drive (less than 5 minutes) from the centre of Morzine, with its vast array of bars, restaurants and shopping.
The easiest way to access the larger Portes Du Soleil ski area is via the lesser known, Ardent ski lift, which is just a 10 minute drive away from the chalet. On route you will also pass the breathtaking Lac de Montriond where you can ice dive in the winter, or bathe in the warmer months. On top of this, you can also use the nearest ski lift in Morzine centre, the Super Morzine, which is just 3 minute drive away.
