#100: Le Chabichou**, Courchevel 1850<\/a><\/h2>\n

\"Gourmet<\/a>We begin our list of the best Michelin Star restaurants in ski resorts with an establishment in what can only be described as the best ski resort for Michelin Star restaurants, Courchevel 1850. In addition to a vast array of ultimate luxury chalets<\/a>, Courchevel 1850 is also home to an incredible 6 Michelin Star restaurants. In fact, Courchevel 1850 has the most Michelin Stars in the Alps. And these restaurants share no less than 11 stars between them. Le Chabichou<\/a> is a restaurant close to the very centre of Courchevel 1850. The renowned St\u00e9phane Buron<\/a> has been at Le Chabichou since 1987 and has been honoured with multiple awards; the Taittinger International Culinary Prize in 2002, and Meilleur Ouvrier de France title in 2004. St\u00e9phane strives for excellence in simple, subtle dishes, with a focus on using the best local ingredients. At Le Chabichou, you can indulge in 5, 7 or 9-course set menus. It boasts ever-changing dishes that have been designed to exemplify the seasons.<\/p>\n

#99: Flocons de Sel***, Meg\u00e8ve<\/a><\/h2>\n

\"Emmanuel<\/a>Flocons de Sel<\/a> is a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in Meg\u00e8ve. Much like many of Meg\u00e8ve’s luxury chalets<\/a>, it is located up the mountain, on the outskirts of the charming and picturesque resort. As one of very few Michelin Star restaurants in the Alps to hold 3 stars, Flocons de Sel undoubtedly offers some of the finest cuisine to rival other ski resorts. The restaurant is found in an inviting, romantic setting with beautiful views over the valley and mountains.<\/p>\n

Chef Emmanuel Renaut<\/a> creates cuisine combining subtlety but also inventiveness. These masterpieces can then be accompanied by the perfect pairing from the many vintages the restaurant offers. The quality of the produce, the expertise of the cooking skills and the combinations of different textures all come together to create gastronomic delicacies fit for the toughest of food critiques. Altogether, the cuisine is a heady mix of regional Haute Savoie and more exotic modern creations. The meal is then completed with a fantastic dessert. Fine dining in the Alps doesn’t get much better than this.<\/p>\n

#98: La Table d’Adrien*, Verbier<\/a><\/h2>\n

\"Delicious<\/a>Verbier is home to some of the most incredible luxury chalets<\/a> in the Alps. It is therefore no surprise it holds a Michelin Star restaurant worthy of our list. La Table d’Adrien<\/a> is surprisingly the only Michelin Star restaurant in Verbier, and is most certainly worth a trip to when on your next luxury ski holiday in Switzerland. Situated right by the bottom of the Savoleyres chairlift station this top restaurant in Verbier offers incredible panoramic views over the town and surrounding mountains. La Table d’Adrien serves up delicious Italian cuisine with an inventive flair, delivered by Chef Sebastiano Lombardi<\/a>. The dishes are created with precision, delivering exceptional flavours and high-quality ingredients. Hence, a true feast for the taste buds!<\/p>\n

#97: La Table de l’Ours*, Val d’Is\u00e8re<\/a><\/h2>\n

In local dialect, La Bouitte translates to little house, which is fitting for this establishment. Luxury chalets in St Martin de Belleville<\/a> exhibit a traditional, authentic vibe and La Bouitte is no different. The restaurant really does give that homely, classic feel. Started by husband and wife team Ren\u00e9 and Marie-Louise Meilleur, the restaurant started out by serving traditional Savoyarde dishes. Fondue and raclette of course feature on the menu. As the resort and ski area around them grew, so did their culinary skills. Then they soon started to develop the menu and cuisine to be able to offer creative dishes whilst staying true to their alpine roots.<\/p>\n

These days the kitchen is run by Ren\u00e9 with his son, Maxime. Together they have taken fine dining in the Alps to a new level. It has now joined the prestigious group of restaurants with 3 Michelin Stars. Subsequently, it is regarded by many as the gourmet capital of the Three Valleys ski area.<\/p>\n

#94: Albert 1er*, Chamonix<\/a><\/h2>\n

\"A<\/a>Introducing Chamonix to our list of ski resorts with Michelin Star dining. A historic resort known for its dramatic peaks, cosmopolitan vibes and some luxurious Chamonix ski chalets<\/a>, this mountain town is also home to one of the best Michelin Star restaurants in the Alps.<\/p>\n

Originally founded in 1903, Albert 1er<\/a> in the magical Chamonix delivers modern food that honours the culinary traditions of the French Savoie and Italian Piedmont regions. Le Sarkara is a two star Michelin restaurant that replaced the former Le Kintessence. S\u00e9bastien Vauxion<\/a> offers a range of unique and exciting dishes, with a focus on the dessert experience. If you have a sweet tooth, there may be no better restaurant in the whole of the Alps for you. Le Sarkara, a fine dining restaurant in Courchevel, is sweet and inventive.
