The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive, professional and dedicated to the cause. With a strong work ethic and a love of skiing, the successful candidate will go that extra mile in order to fulfil their responsibilities and to develop quickly a full and in-depth understanding of the business, its portfolios and principles.<\/p>\n<p>You will be a central point of contact in the office, liaising with the Directors and the team, and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with high profile clients and staff management.<\/p>\n<p>The role will involve PA support to the Directors and providing assistance to the rest of the team, making travel arrangements (national and international), client\/in-house meetings, presentation\/report preparation, organising regular team meetings and reviews, and other generic office duties. It will be your responsibility for the office to run as efficiently and professionally as possible.<\/p>\n<p>The candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their business utilisation, be able to manage a team effectively and be a strong motivator. Language skills are an added bonus.<\/p>\n<p>Competitive salary based on experience.
