Located in one of the most private areas in Megeve and the Alps, Les Fermes à La Leonthine is a modern, recently renovated luxury chalet boasting stunning views, vast living areas and a superb spa area.
Upon arrival into the chalet you are faced with the spectacular staircase which has a very modern design and accesses all three floors. You enter on the ground floor which is where all 6 bedrooms are located. All of the rooms are en-suite, the master and main guest bedroom benefit from a shared balcony and have large bathrooms with walk in showers. The other four bedrooms each have their own en-suite with a shower cubicle. Also on the ground floor, you will find the fantastic cinema room.
The state of the art spa facilities are on the lower floor of the chalet. There is a large gym, sauna, hammam and swimming pool with counter current. The ski room is also on this floor and is connected to the garage which can easily accommodate 4 cars.
The feature fireplace divides the extensive living and dining areas on the top floor of the chalet. The property is a converted farm house and after the renovation it has remained true to its heritage with many of the original timbers still around. There is plenty of seating available, each offering a unique and stunning view of the valley and its natural environment.
The chalet is fully furnished in the most luxurious and individual style around. The owner has collected decorative pieces from all over the World and brought them together to create a really unique feel, different to that in any other luxury private chalet . The dining area can easily cater for groups of 14 but would be most comfortable for groups of 12. A private chef will be able to look after for you for the duration of your stay and take care of all of your culinary needs. There is also an office set on a small mezzanine level above the living area. The grounds are also extensive around the chalet with an ideal back garden for sledging for the kids.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a fully staffed basis to include chef, butler, chalet manager, driver and housekeeper. Food and drinks are charged locally.
Please note that very young children are not accepted in the property.
